There is no denying that luck plays a great part in photography, be it having a day with that perfect blue sky, or heavy rolling clouds, or even taking the decision to walk down a street you have always ignored. The rest however is down to the person taking the picture, how they see what is before them, how they choose to make more from less or less from more.
